STORE MANAGER
The store manager is to ensure smooth operation of daily activities, ranging from staff management, inventory control, customer service that adheres to brand's standards and requirements. They would have good business acumen to build and implement suitable sales plan for maximizing revenue, as well as being able to create a positive working environment that drives the growth of their employees.

SALES STAFF
The Sales Staff is responsible for customer's positive experience through their profesional support, product display up to standards, and proper brand and product story delivery. They are also expected to be efficient in inventory management and able to make customers realize their shopping needs and wants.

CASHIER STAFF
The Cashier Staff ensures the payment process carried out accurately and quickly. They are responsible for all activities supporting customer's purchase transaction, from scanning, price calculation, and apply various payment methods. Additionally, they need to maintain a friendly and professional attitude upon answering customer questions and handling transaction-related issues. It is expected that their cash register is always tidy and the funds are tightly managed.

WAREHOUSE STAFF
The Warehouse Staff manages the inventory efficiently and optimally, ensuring sufficient stock line and quantity ready for sales. They periodically check the inventory management software, the stock quantity, and the storage space utilization to prevent any goods-related issues. They will also in charge of inbound and outbound of stock between stores, between store and partner's storage, or to online shoppers, making it smooth and quick.

STORE GUARD
The Store Guard brings safety and order to the store. They are responsible for overseeing and controlling customers, staffs, and goods coming in and out, guard off unwanted behaviours to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.

Looking back at the early days of starting work, I had many difficulties in handling goods and maintaining accuracy in the warehouse. Disorderly goods or shortages often caused pressure and anxiety.
